By using this website and associated services, you agree to these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with registrations, purchases or opt-in activities. Please also see the privacy policy that discusses GDPR/Cookie Law compliance, and use of your data.

Use of Content

All content on www.letsgoscoutside.com, including but not limited to text, graphics, artwork, video and music, unless otherwise stated, is under the exclusive ownership of Scout Dawson. No part of this website may be reproduced or used elsewhere without explicit permission from the author.

When purchasing digital downloads or exclusive online content, you are not permitted under any circumstances to share, sell or lend this content with third parties in whole or in part. Doing so is considered an infringement of copyright, and legal action will be taken.

Where content is free to be shared, it will be explicitly stated that you are free to use and share as you wish, unedited and unchanged from its original form, with all attachments, watermarks, credit and appropriate links in place.

Whereby content is licensed to another owner, and used with permission, appropriate credit and/or links will be given.

Any violation of these terms may result in legal action being taken against you.

Comments/Community Behaviour

When leaving a comment on the blog, we do not believe in censorship, but we do believe in protecting people’s safety. We expect all users, guests and visitors to conduct themselves in an appropriate manner.

This means that users must not antagonize other users, threaten, cyber-stalk, dox, or otherwise put another member of the community at risk. References to harmful activities, such as child pornography, rape or hate crimes will be deleted, and if deemed necessary, your comment may be reported to the appropriate authorities.

One link is permitted in the comments in the appropriate box provided. No other links will be permitted, and comments containing extraneous links, or shortened links, such as AdFly, will be deleted or marked as spam.

Cancellations and Refunds (Exclusive Online Content)

For refunds on direct purchases, please see the next section. This section refers exclusively to online-only content, such as exclusive livestreams, webinars, Patreon in-website rewards, and so forth.

The service you have with LetsGoScoutside is a rolling, non-contractual agreement. You are free to cancel this arrangement, without penalty, any time you wish. You are responsible for ensuring that your bank or PayPal honor the cancellation agreement, as responsibility cannot be taken for any external errors made. On cancellation you will cease to have access to any exclusive content after your current billing period expires.

Refunds are unavailable for this content, as it is provided to you on a rental basis. Services provided are not bought. You are licensed to view the content for the duration of each billing period. If you can provide suitable proof of a legitimate reason that you have paid for use of this content, but have been unable to experience it (for example, a death in the family, admittance to hospital, etc), then a voucher can be credited to you for equal value of one month.

Refunds (Direct Purchases)

For direct physical purchases (such as merchandise), a refund can be requested within 10 days of purchase. You, the buyer, is responsible for any return postage and packaging fees that may be incurred, and a refund cannot be made once the 10 days have expired, or if the property has been damaged.

No responsibility can be taken for items that arrive damaged; this must be taken up with the parcel delivery service responsible for care of your package.

For downloadable content (ebooks, wallpapers, etc) all purchases are final, and refunds are not available. If the file you receive is corrupted or unusable, a suitable replacement will be supplied at no extra charge. It is your responsibility to ensure that you possess the software/hardware required to enjoy any digital downloads you purchase.
